Later that day, Marshmallow talked to Ramón on the playground. “Ramón, why didn’t you get upset when all the mice were teasing you,” asked Marshmallow? “I can’t change the color of my fur, I am a grey rat, and you are a brown mouse.” Said Ramón, “and that is a fact.” “What is your favorite sport? Ramón asked Marshmallow. “Baseball, ” replied Marshmallow.” “I like baseball too, said Ramón. “Just because we LOOK different doesn’t mean we can’t PLAY together. We both like the same sport and I bet we have a lot more in common. The color of our fur doesn’t change who we are Marshmallow.” said Ramón kindly .
