Chapter 37

Dammit! Why is Candy here? Right as I was going to say something, Isabelle punched her and they were going at it on the floor. Candy didn't stand a chance. I sighed and pulled her off of Candy.
"This isn't over!"
"Aw but it is." She grinned and Candy left. Now I'm confused. I sent her a look that said, Explain. Now.
She sighed and turned off the shower. "Well, I wanted to see how much you actually loved or liked me. So I might have sent a few text messages. Said a few things and um... talked her into coming. But she was coming anyway."
I rolled my eyes. "And you learned to fight when?"
"Never underestimate someone with a lot of free time."
I smiled and hugged her. "Well never underestimate how I feel about you." The words surprised both of us but I kissed her and she smiled.
"Want to get back in the shower?"
"Nah, I gotta go... do something." She kissed me and almost walked out. "But I have to wash up." She threw off her towel and got back in. I followed. We didn't kiss or anything but I did rub her back and she did the same. It was a peaceful shower.
"You want what on your eggs?" She looked at me like I was crazy and I started cracking up.
"I said... bacon, peppers, cheese, onions, mushrooms, and steak sauce."
"What the hell? That's not breakfast. That's not even food!" I started laughing more, and she threw a fork in my face and crossed her arms. "I'm not going to be the reason you die of a heart attack. Hold on."
She took out a bunch of stuff from the cabinet and started literally throwing it in the pot. About fifteen minutes later, the smell filled the room and she was finished.
She served two plates and gave me one. I looked at it and frowned. "What the hell is this?"
"My secret recipe." She looked at my face and rolled here eyes. "Just eat it."
I did and it actually tasted pretty good. "Whats in this?" I asked, taking another mouthful.
"Um, peppers, parmasian cheese, vienna sausages, goya chicken flavoring, black pepper, and some banana peppers."
"You put banana peppers? It's not even spicy-" Just as I said it, I felt the peppers burning the side of my mouth. She smiled and poured me some redish looking stuff. I drank it and my mouth instantly cooled down. "What is that?"
"A watermelon, kiwi, hawaiin punch, coca cola smoothie."
I nodded and we ate breakfast smiling and joking like nothing bad ever happened. This is how it should be. This is how I like it. I think this girl changed me.
Oh boy.
