Dear God, Help Me

Chapter 38
The Game You Play

Inspired by "Master of Puppets" by Metallica (rhyming-wise) this is about one of my recent struggles and this is

"The Game You Play"

Running under the sun,
Still there's nothing more.
Your life has come undone,
The flesh is getting sore.
Crying out for love,
Seeking out a reason,
There's no one above,
You've committed treason.
Riding from the pain,
Something else is here,
You can feel the rain,
On your cheek is a tear.
Ink is blotting in
Your life is in the stream,
You're not getting thin,
You're waking from a dream.
Now you cry to me,
The end is what you see,
But I will only say
This is the game you play!
