Dear God, Help Me
Author: Neil Evans

Chapter 33

About the system of delusions we call reality.

Contemplating everything,
Questioning nothing.
With ironclad fists,
Immune to grasping.
Two immature lines,
A premature abortion.
Loud to wake the dead,
Dark to kill the light.
Blackening the core
Brightens the outside.
But the heart grows numb
As the love grows stronger.
Something to gratify
The obsessions and
Feed the delusions.
It eats away inside
Killing the streams.
The feel of no love
Doesn't effect you.
