Dear God, Help Me
Author: Neil Evans

Chapter 7
Endurance (Exercise Poem)

This poem is not exactly sad, nor negative. At base. In reality, I was jogging for so long and I kept jogging because I wanted my heart to burst. Obviously it didn't work. Inspired by a book in which it was explained that running until you can't run anymore and just enduring the pain of exercise as long as you can gives you much more strength than simply sticking to weights.

It's all about, always been about
Endurance, endurance, endurance!
Keep running, keep pumping,
Keep fighting for everything!
Run, Run, Run, Run, Run, Run,
Run until your lungs give out
Never fear, just run clear,
Don't stop, never stop it's about
Endurance, endurance, endurance!
