Poetry From The Weakened Soul

Chapter 154
Death Is Scattered

The sky is blackened
The sun has darkened,
Life has shattered,
Death is scattered.
And I wonder how
This could have happened,
There's so much hate,
Back-stabbed with no complaints.
I wonder how you live your life,
Without a hint of guilt,
For all the misery and pain that
You have driven into us.
Crushed down and beaten out
We can't thrive with your
Misleading gestures, competition
Was bound to rise,
This is the violent tide
The war to end all wars,
And the time has come
God hasn't won,
Life is out like a oiled lantern
Shattered in the dark.
The sky is blackened,
The sun has darkened,
Now life is shattered,
Death is scattered.
