Simple Love

Chapter 2

When I met Grace I didn't know it was going to change my life... but it did. I guess nobody ever really plans to fall in love, until boom it's right in front of them in the size of 5'3 brunett... That was my beutiful Grace, with long lucious chocolate hair and beutiful blue-green eyes that put the ocean to shame. Everything about her was perfect, or at least perfect in my eyes.

On Monday morning, I got out of bed, but I barely had my eyes open... another monday, no sleep... was all I could think. But when I got to Grace's house, to pick her up, she got in the car bright and cherry as ever.

We took a momment and kissed lightly, like most mornings. And then she smiled, wide-awake. Just being around her could make you go bannana-happy. Grace was so right for me...

She gave me a huge hug getting in the car, and then she sat down and said "Guess what?"

"WHAT?" I said playing along...

"I love you," she said.

I smiled at her, and comfortably and honestly said "I love you too, babe."

She reacher for my hand... Grace always loved holding hands.

And then she let out a happy squeal.

Typical Grace.
