Poetry From The Weakened Soul

Chapter 97
Spur Of The Moment

Staring down the long road before me
The darkness leads my way, so I can't see
I live in the spur of the moment, no further
And this is the moment that I will die in

Come hither, see me and all my glory
The king of the forgotten realm
I am the god of this infernal hell
Locked and caged inside my own mind

As the world, slowly burns
Saying this will only hurt
I swear upon, my very life
That this day was preordained

Please don't remind me
Of all my faults
I'm well away of what they are
But scared of where they hide
