Poetry From The Weakened Soul
Author: Neil Evans

Chapter 59

When you're here
And I'm long away
You never know
My heart just aches

I'm begging for you again
But every time that I leave
I'm going empty-handed
And you've got my heart

It's breaking me every day
Wish I could stay away
All that's left is a pink pen
With a little heart on the side

I'm breaking down
Now that I've lost you
I don't know, but that's
Not right to me

All that's left
Is a tiny
Pink pen
