Poetry From The Weakened Soul
Author: Neil Evans

Chapter 4
No Friends

I don't know what's new this time
But you know, it doesn't matter
You can walk away, like the others
Mythical dreams of mine crushed
You're to blame, but I won't say it
Of course, I'll say it's all my fault
That's how much I care about you
Every time you say it's your fault
I blame myself, assure you that
This isn't your fault, it's mine
I chose to be so nice to you but
You know, we're all fucked up I guess
The more I think about it the more
I slowly start to realize I've lost you
Another friend, yeah, I lost another friend
Just because my friend likes me
That's a reality destroyer
It's become obvious that I have no friends
