Chapter 30
Love Your Kids - Boaz

Love Your Kids - Boaz

Ever since he was a little guy
My oldest son was tough.
He held his ground and spoke his mind
And pulled the biggest bluff
Outnumbered or outgunned
He stood his ground apon the floor
With steely eye & gritted teeth
And firmly clenched young jaw.
He had a strong opinion
Right from the age of two,
He’d stand right there and fight with you
He’d argue black was blue.
The mitigating factors read
The evidence seen through
He’d look you there, right in the eye
And win the debate too.
And as the years did make their mark
His little frame did grow
Though short, his muscles bubbled up
His strength began to show.
Determination, blue eyed glint
A hairy bulging frame
He studied hard for four long years
Got a degree to his name.
An engineer no less, my friend
This makes me more than proud
His mother is so pleased with him
She told the bloody crowd.
He’s off to make his fortune now
As all the good blokes do,
We wish him nothing but the best
Hey Boaz.. We love you.
