Chapter 83
Ending the Day

Most days begin with freshness

Some with a tinge of fear

Some with a dreaded sorrow

That weighs down every tear

But today ends with tiredness

Feelings of low down despair

Just a slip to be sleeping

Without worry, burden and care

This kind of weariness who can feel

When you’ve running around all day

And now finally letting it down

Nothing else you would say

Now finally when sunset

And campfire’s long burned out

I sit at home in silence

Finding too much doubt

Sleep slumber eludes me

But I could fall and find

A dreamland frustrating, fretful

The worst nightmare of kind

End this day quicker

I cannot stand to wake

But fall asleep in burdens

That day would always make
