The Burning and Frozen Moments of our hearts

Chapter 17
Loving you is a poison

Verse 1

Its 3 am in the morning

And I am wide awake still thinking, what it would be like

If I had never met you.

Would it be bright sunshine or dark daylight?

You gave my life meaning

But you left me demeaning.

Our love has always been fake

Another mistake.

It’s been too long that now you have the power

To make me feel alive

or destroy me and break me apart.

Chorus

Loving you is a poison flowing through my veins

Loving you is a poison running through my bloodstream.

And I’m starting to gag and I am starting to choke

But I love every second; I get to spend with you.

Kiss me and put me to sleep, I will be fine

As long as the last thing on my mind is you.

Verse 2

We went out to the movies

To the restaurants

Ordered a beer for you at the bar

Tried to make our love work

But it was doomed from the start

And I knew I should have said something to end this

If I hadn’t loved every minute of it.

Verse 3

We exhausted the phrase

That people learn best from mistakes

You were my world covered with false hope.

And i was too foolish to think of it in the other way.
