Chapter 38
"My" Teenage Boy

"My" Teenage Boy

Feeling ever so locked up inside,

The bell is ringing,

And I run to hide,

I don't want to face them,

My horrible-horrible fears,

I can't stand to even think about them,

As my eyes spew up tears,

A black eye and broken noes,

That is the way,

My story goes,

Coming home everyday,

And I'm only telling the truth here,

It's always been this way,

Kicked and beaten by a teenage boy,

He treats me like a rag-doll,

Like a lifeless no-brained toy,

Mabey that's all I am to everyone,

Thought on the odd occasion,

People are nice but only some,

A handful of them don't even notice,

As I walked threw the school yard,

Scarred sore and broke,

Though it doesn't end here,

On my own tears I choke,

For the teenage boy is everywhere,

Follows me home,

Always somewhere around,

Refusing to leave me alone,

And so I cry myself to sleep,

As I pray to myself,

It's my soul I have to keep,

He can have my body,

As long as I don't change,

Even as I think this to myself,

It sounds ever so strange,

So as the tears stream down my face,

And I'm curled up on my bed,

Feeling always out of place,

Thinking how I became a toy,

To this horrible rapist,

"My" Teenage Boy...
