Chapter 5
Petals, Thorns, Whats Left?

                              Petals, Thorns, and what’s Left

As the petals of the flowers depart

The dart you stabbed through my heart begins too shatter apart.

As you stand and watch

Leaves Falling down,

Eyes are bleeding,

Ears are shredding

Legs are collapsing

Now that’s its over, you can put me on the chart.

Of all the guys you have been through, that you have cut off.

Every End has a beginning

And every start foretells the ending.

You were supposed to fill my heart with flowers.

But all I see are thorns.

Chorus

Look at me now

And see what you have made me become

You are the only thing I have not overcome.

Just do this and put it to an end.

Plow through me like snow.

Extinguish me like a fire

Loving you is no longer required.

Verse 2

Break me Apart

Crush my soul

And my heart

Tear me like a fresh piece of paper

Sew me back together with your needles.

That is just a dream.

Because I can never be put back together

After what you have put me through.

Chorus

Look at me now

And see what you have made me become

You are the only thing I have not overcome.

Just do this and put it to an end.

Plow through me like snow.

Extinguish me like a fire

Loving you is no longer required.

I will not love you anymore

Never again

Will I Cut myself

For your mistakes.

Never again,

Cause I am through loving you.

Petals, Roses, What is left?
