Chapter 2
Chapter two

Right as I stepped into school, the first bell went off. The warning bell. I chuckled to myself quietly. “That was close, a little to close.” I sat down at my desk and pulled out my computer. The teacher started to teach, nobody was listening, I kinda was but not completely. All I really heard was: “Don’t forget to blah blah blah test blah blah page blah blah blah.” The final bell went off. Tardy bell as we call it. Six people had to go to the office for tardy slips. “Blah blah blah someday you’ll understand blah blah blah.” I looked outside, it was starting to sprinkle. I quietly turned on my radio and searched for a station. Nothing but static. “Weird.” I said quietly. Just as I was about to turn it off I got the Bishop station: “We advise everyone stay indoors and lock your doors and windows. Now would be the time to be with loved ones. You can...” Then more static. “Weird” I repeated. I tried to find another station. No luck. I then turned it off, thinking that this thing that was happening was only in Bishop. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
