Chapter 5
La Scala Encore

La Scala Encore

Like rain on the roofs.

-like applause from heaven.

The sound of approval.

‘Yes, we do love you’

Over and over.

Everyone an accolade.

Enshowered in that clapping

Of many hands co-created-

Acolytes of grace, deserving.

Warm hands thundering from a larger night.

Rolling in whelming welcome-

carefree well in blessing.

Blissing there is

In our kiss of fingers-

Drumming a love of solid fallen dew.

Tile towers, steeple, drenched…

A waterfall of applause.

Social reward, eager echo, growling encouragement.

“Continue, dear one, continue”

“We will splash the puddles

In wet bouquets of sound”

“Tingling the children of your brain”

Dry mind, how you go now.

Wash your thoughts in our liquid flowers.
