Hot fudge pudding cake

2 ounces of bittersweet or semisweet chocolate 

Vegetable oil cooking spray 

6 tablespoons of 3/4 stick of unsalted butter 

2/3 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder 

1/3 packed light brown sugar

1 cup of granulated sugar

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking flour 

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/3 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 large eggyolk room temperature 

1 1/2 cups coffee at room temparture

1 chopping the chocolate 

2 preheating the oven to 325 degrees 

3 preparing the pan
