the world within me
Author: Ella

Chapter 133

The perfect subtle explicit release
They say pictures paint a thousand
But when the colours fade to black
It’s easier to describe my mountain

The block we’re so afraid to hit
Where words stop their flow
And everything we want to say
We forget that we know

We have a way to sit so long
Eyes seemingly glued to the screen
But look closer they wonder
Through all the memories that been

An outburst of joy we want to share
To tell the world something
Or just a small audience
Let them hear how our hearts sing

Our heart sings with alphabets
And letters that run on and on
And as you turn each page
Soon enough the words are gone

Mightier than the sword
Sometimes we hate clichés
But oft they come so naturally
To our blissful dismay

So many things to say
Imprint in poetry and prose
And our pens shall not rest
Until the book is closed
