Poems about Love
Author: Terra Blake

Chapter 77
Kameron R. Woodard

Wishing on a star to keep a heart I do not deserve.
I dare not open my eyes to see if your here.

Just reach out my hand to feel if your near.
Trying to tell you I love you, but I can't work up the nerve.

Deep inside I know you can do better.
Whether it's because it all seems too perfect.

Or the weight of your heart is too much and I don't want to break it.
Seems putting mine back takes forever.

But I know when you kiss me I lose account for place & time.
My breathing gets heavy and slows.

And your heart beat matches mine.
All who's been in-love knows how that gets.

And I know I tend to get so insecure.
Over look big emotions and under look small details.

But it doesn't matter anymore.
