I've been told this story makes people cry by several people on several occasions (including when I read it out loud to my creative writing class and the only guy there shed a few tears). This is a piece that I'm very proud of.
A short story I wrote for the second semester of my creative writing class. Based around the abstract concept of memories.
This is only going to ever have just the one "chapter" due to the fact that it's a short story.
Please let me know what you thought and if you have any criticism. :)

This was great and moving! I loved reading this. Brilliant, really. This was written magnificently and I did not see a lot of typos. P.S. Would you mind checking out my story called The Jewels of Neora? Thanks.
Keep Writing!

Good characterisation and flow... have added this one to my favourites so that I can go back again.
Critique? The old bugbears of incomplete use of commas (the reader suddenly finds a comma and is not sure why it's there) and, of course, spelling.
Being a former soldier myself I can identify with the story - well done!

That was certainly beautiful and very sad but sorry I didn't cry. I think you have a lovely writing style and I look forward to reading future work from you.

Well, wasn't this absolutely lovely. I nearly cried. Big stuff. I'm not usually an emotional person.

Again, I'm crying.

This is amazing and tear-jerking (obviously, lol.) and just so lovely. Short stories really work for you and you have a very nice writing style!

looking forward to more of your stuff! :D
