The other day I was at a conference. The keynote speaker mentioned a framework. She had created an educational framework and it was causing her students to succeed. I thought to myself, ‘well, maybe I should investigate a new framework for my life. One that will help me move forward from the annoying problems that I have been struggling with for so many years’. Then it got me to thinking about the kinds of problems I had and in which areas I am struggling. I thought of my finances, friendships, singleness, accommodation and health. My weight isn’t what I would like it to be, my emotions tend to go up and down depending on the weather and I love to buy things, just things. I know I need to change, I want to change but change seems like it is hidden behind a steel door and I have not yet been given the key to open it, or should I say I have not yet discovered where the key is.
