Chapter 10
Xander

I was feeling whole lot better on Monday. I picked Axel up on the way to school, as per usual. He flung himself at me as I opened the door, his arms around my neck, his lips on mine. "I love you," He said.

"I love you too, sweetheart," I said, laughing. "What's brought this on?"

"Nothing," He shook his head and took my hand. "I just love you so much."

"Aw, you're sweet," I kissed his cheek. "I love you too." We walked down to the hallway of the building. He headed for the front door. I wrinkled my nose. "Don't you want to go for Jasper?"

"No, we haven't had any alone time in aged," He said, putting his arm around my waist.

"Okay, then," I smiled at him. That worked for me.

Jasper and Axel barely talked all day. "Have you two had a fall out?" I asked Axel on the way home. He shrugged. "No. He's just... being moody, that's all."

"Oh. Right," I said. Not that I minded, really. I wanted Axel to have friends, but honestly, I really didn't like Jasper. "Come in?" He asked.

"Of course," I said, smiling.

We sat on the sofa together, my arms around his waist from behind. I tried sliding one hand up his shirt. "Don't," He pulled my hand away from his stomach. I thought he was just teasing, the way he often did. I kept my hand on his belt for a couple of minutes then crept my fingers up his side. "Xander, don't!" He said, yanking my arm. What the hell? He normally didn't mind if I did that. Whatever. I moved one hand up and stroked his neck gently. He loved that. "For fuck's sake, Xander, pack it in!" He snapped. What the fuck? We'd had minor arguments but he'd never shouted at me for doing that before. It always turned him on big style.

"Sorry," I said, sighing. He looked at me then rolled his eyes.

"Look, I'm sorry, alright?" He said. "I'm just not in the mood right now."

"I can get you in the mood if you like," I said, kissing his neck. He jerked away.

"No, Xander, I just... no," He sighed.

"What is with you?" I was getting pissed off now.

"Nothing," He shook his head. "I just don't wanna have sex right now. Is that so bad?"

"No, it's not just that," I said. "You're really tense. You want me to give you a neck rub?"

"No, Xander, I've said I'm not in the mood," He yelled, jumping to his feet. "For fuck's sake, I love you and everything, but you can you not be all over me all the time?"

"Sorry," I ducked my head, tears glimmering in my eyes. He sighed and sat back down beside me.

"I'm sorry. Don't cry, baby," He kissed me on the cheek. "I do love you."

"I love you too," I smiled at him. "Cuddle?"

"Yeah, go on then," He put his arms around me and I hugged him back, rubbing his back with my hands gently. He didn't seem to mind that so much. He pulled away slightly and grinned at me. "About that neck rub..." He said. I grinned.

"Turn around," I said. He turned and I started gently massaging his neck.

We ended up with Axel lying on his stomach on the sofa. We were both shirtless and I was straddling his legs and massaging his bare back gently. He was sighing in pleasure and moaning quietly. I pushed my thumbs between his shoulder blades and he shuddered. "You like that, huh?" I whispered seductively.

"Yeah," He moaned. I carried on doing it, and he seemed to be getting more and more into it. "Oh, fuck babe," He sighed. "Oh, Jazz."
