Poetry From The Weakened Soul

Chapter 189
Kinda Funny

It's funny to me, because
We never gave ourselves
Time to grow, time to love.
Guess that wasn't your fault.
I wanna blame someone but
I know that it was me.
I did it all and I undid us,
Once together now
We're gone forever.
And I keep piecing
Everything back together
Because when I deny it
I only further the truth.
So I try not to hurt
When I think of you,
Somehow I know that
I'll never have you.
It hurts inside and
I won't forget so
Tell me I'm wrong,
That it was my fault,
You always knew how
To make me feel guilty.
You always know
Just what to say.
And to me it's
Kinda funny how
I lost you.
