Chapter 32
Heart Chakra Meditation

Chapter/lesson 32

Heart chakra

The snakes move yet again…… Also again crossing over…… This is the heart chakra…… Breathe in even deeper…. Taking note of how the energy is feeling around the heart….. Breathe in the colour green, let it lighten you; let it flow through you…… The energy here is now at five times the original and sits at 10,000, and the snakes have again changed position…. As they hit the heart chakra an explosion of green energy suffuses the entire body….. It is healing…..It is liberating…. It is a veritable intoxication….. The heart chakra brings forth our deeper feelings and thoughts and presents them with clear and focused intention.

The first sign that we encounter with the heart chakra is the hare/rabbit which is the fourth sign of the Mental (Chinese) zodiac. The main attribute of the hare/rabbit is its inquisitiveness, it's constant looking, searching, yet within this realm also very single minded and qualified with industriousness. All these are opened at the time of growth, as the Mercurius is rapidly discovering, the power of the ability to use the second sight and acknowledge the sense of self-worth.

The hare/rabbit gives us the energy of clarity, the healer and the diplomat.

The second sign that we encounter with the heart chakra is the dragon which is the fifth sign in the Mental (Chinese) zodiac, this sign and the next two Snake and the Horse are all about the power growing. The dragon is also the power of the energy of the earth. The gift of the dragon is a dragon’s egg, and this is the start of the surge of mental and emotional energy, this leads us into the next sign, where the dragon energy is sublimated into the snake.

The dragon gives us the energy of good fortune, the outward magician.

The third sign that we encounter with the heart chakra is the snake which is the sixth sign of the Mental (Chinese) zodiac. This is in the Physical culture the hidden energy, the maligned and evil power, yet in Hindu philosophy it is the unfolding of the Kundalini, the serpent, and snake, which lies coiled at the base of the spine. The gift of the snake is the power to shape one's self according to one's desires, shed those parts of your psyche you do not like and increase those that you do, it is the power to change.

The snake gives us the energy of silence, the inward magician.

The fourth sign that we encounter with the heart chakra is the horse which is the seventh sign. It is the energy of freedom. The bitter sweet freedom is the purpose that freedom is a two edged. The gift of the horse is the freedom to explore and then to carry that exploration to higher and deeper limits, that as a flying horse one is both on the earth and off it at the same time.

The horse gives us the energy of freedom, the male energy.

What follows is a little meditation/visualisation on the heart chakra.

Modesty forbids the enthusiasm to the following throng; we will work on what has been spoiled, so we approach with abject clarity, the healer, with the diplomatic song. We contemplate the biting through and the grace, here to split apart till the turning point reveals our place, good fortune the outward magician springs forth from time and space. Through innocence, and the taming power of the great, as at the corners of the mouth, excess flows, the abysmal seals our fate, here is silence, the inward magician is in state. Then we cling while under the influence, duration, leading to retreat and here is a great power, here is freedom, it is the male energy, whole and complete.

Why does modesty forbid the enthusiasm, because we cannot be seen as too eager to join the party or follow the wandering throng? We need to work on what has been spoiled, and so we approach with abject clarity the healer with the diplomatic song. We can contemplate the biting through, learn the grace, that here will split apart, till the turning point reveals our place, that we have good fortune as the outward magician brings forth the presence of time and space. It is through innocence, the taming power of the great, as at the corners of the mouth excess flows, the abysmal seals our fate, but then we discover the silence of the inward magician who is now in state. We can cling, while under the influence of duration, all leading us to retreat, but here is great power, here also is freedom, the male energy, whole, complete.
