CRUMBLING AWAY

Bestowed upon me

By the almighty

Is the pain of another

Another's suffering

Another's guilt

The world crashing down

It's nobody's burdon

But my own

To feel the pain

The suffering

I thought I knew what hate was

Oh I was so wrong

I thought I knew what pain was

For oh so very long

Now I know, just how bad

I can make it hurt

Me and you were meant to be

But I just keep messing up

I am not perfect

And I will never be

So I'm sorry for all the pain

Can't we fight and make this last?

You know I'd fight until eternity

Just to see you smile

Hold you for a little while

Can't we fight together

Live together, for as long as we can

And be together, forever?
