Chapter 55
I Forgive You

Listening to music cannot help you when your mind is aching. Just saying. WRITTEN IN A NOTEBOOK, Saturday, August 21st, 2010

I FORGIVE YOU

Heart covered in tar

Brain wrapped in cellophane

Tears of acidic origin

What's the point anymore?

Love, happiness, it's all overrated

Should I give you time?

Should I have patience?

Should I keep saying I'm sorry?

Pain and sorrow, anger and hate

Happiness and bliss are outdated

All emotions, just overrated

I can only help but wonder

What it would feel like to hear you say

"I Forgive You"
