Piercing The Sky, A Book of My Poems
Author: Neil Evans

Chapter 54
Crying Dead Girl

My friend is going to die. That's a great inspiration for a poem. WRITTEN IN A NOTEBOOK, Friday, August 20, 2010

CRYING DEAD GIRL

How are you supposed to believe

When you're so sickened and disgusted

You can't see two feet in front of you

The world's so dark and cold

Talk to the crying dead girl

Tell her lies, make her happy

Make yourself feel like a saint

Feel her pain and shed a heartless tear

She always loved you

Why couldn't you see that?
