Piercing The Sky, A Book of My Poems
Author: Neil Evans

Chapter 48
Everything Made Sense

This is about someone that I met from the past. The term "My First Love" fits the person. God even today, as I realize I threw everything away, I want her back. But I can't have her. August 16th, 2010 WRITTEN IN A NOTEBOOK

EVERYTHING MADE SENSE

Twins dance in the darkest night

Twinkle, twinkle, filled with sprinkle

We both miss each other, but it ended

I hurt you, so why do I miss you so much?

We gotta part, we gotta leave each other

Every second I see you it hurts

Just take me off this earth, I don't want to breathe

The world is just hunger but I don't want to feed

All I want to do is be with you

I miss when we'd hold one another

We'd stare at the stars and we'd dream of tomorrow

Those were the days, everything made sense
