Ride at Twilight

Chapter 26

The fight wasn’t hard at all with the Cullens helping us. Plus the enemy’s numbers weren’t so great. I soared high, getting ready to dive bomb an eraser, when I saw something move in a nearby window. I forgot all about the fight below when I realized what it was. I flew over and hovered by the window. What had caught my attention was Fang moving across the room and sitting on a couch next to Bella. What he did next made me see red. He closed his eyes and started moving his face toward hers. I had to give her props for shoving his shoulder back. She tried to snap a punch at him but Fang ducked out of the way. She ended up punching the wall with such a crack that it could be heard out here. She leapt away from the couch and started doing a little pain dance. In the same second Edward was there towing her out of the room. Fang was really going to get it now!
