Chapter 7
Bull vs Dolphin

Dolphin POV:

Everyone seemed to hate at least one other person. I didn’t hate anyone here. But that didn’t mean I was going to lose.

“Bull vs Dolphin, ladies and gentlemen!” The announcer, Corvin I think his name was, told the crowd as I heard the stage being changed out. The dead bodies would be disposed of after DNA harvested to make more warriors.

Walking out alongside the bull in silence, I wasn’t worried. I had water to my advantage, after all.

“Good luck?” I offered as I dropped into the pool of water and began changing. I could feel the pulse of the music faintly in here.

The announcer was saying something, but I couldn’t make out what.

About 10 minutes later, I had to surface, and was concerned by the lack of activity on Bull’s part. I could hear the crowd booing. Surfacing, that was the biggest mistake of my life.

Bull POV:

Taking the chance, I drove my horns into her soft underside and hauled her out of the water, throwing her back over me. Charging at the corpse, I brought both front hooves down and crushed her bones somewhat.

“Brute Bull, everyone!”
