I wrote this book to try and make High School easier for anyone going through it. I want young adults to realize that they're not alone in whatever they're going through-whether it be hating their entire school, or feeling depressed. I also wrote this to take the stigma off of mental illness, because with all of the pressures on young people right now, I know there is a lot more of it going on than people want to talk about. I just want young adults to ask for more from their lives, and expect more from themselves. Now is the best time to encourage young adults that they can do what they want with their lives. This is the confusing, vulnerable, and conflicting time that all human beings have to go through. It's crucial to everything that occurs afterwards. Young people need help sometimes (as much as they wouldn't like to admit it), and they need somewhere to find it.
